Student achievements celebrated at STEM Expo

The Science and TAS Departments celebrated student achievements during the annual Science/TAS/STEM Expo. The evening was a celebration of the creative and innovative thinking of Science and TAS students from Years 8 to 10.

Parents, students and staff were able to explore some of the Science Student Research Projects in Years 8 and 10 as well as some of the amazing projects completed by the TAS students.

The MSB Science Club entertained with a number of science experiments, a small sample of some of the activities that the Science Club take part in during Terms Two and Three. As well, the inaugural presentation from our MSB STEM Club featured a display of the projects completed by the students throughout the year. The standard of their work was spectacular and certainly augers well for the future of women in Science, particularly in the fields of engineering, technology and design.

The Science and TAS Departments would like to thank all of our wonderful parents for their support and participation on the evening as well as thanking our amazing MSB girls for their hard work, enthusiasm and generosity in taking the time to display their work and share it with the MSB community.
