Georgia Fundraises for Cause

As part of Georgia's MYChoice presentation Georgia ran a fundraising cupcake stall to raise funds for her cousin with Cru di chat syndrome, a rare disease affecting only 1% of the population. 

This was a real community project with Year 7 students donating cake mixes, eggs donated by a local chicken farmer and many students across many year groups assisting with the baking and decorating process.

Congratulations to Georgia and her MYBennies teacher Mrs Blane and everyone who supported Georgia on the day. $730 was raised to make a difference to a little boy and his family.
